Enter moves you to the next element, Tab changes it, and a forward slash brings up every element by name. Character names finish themselves and CONT'D goes in for you.

You see each other's cursor with their name on it, and every word as it's typed. Your notes stay between the writers.

A snapshot every couple of minutes while you write: go back to any of your latest 30, or to the end of each of your last 30 writing days. Name a draft before a big rewrite and it's kept for good.
